Terms and Conditions for Fabrication and Installation Services

Welcome to Peralta Stone & Granite, a provider of premium stone materials and professional fabrication and installation services for granite, marble, quartz, and quartzite. By accessing and using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Services Provided

We offer the fabrication and installation of stone materials, including granite, marble, quartz, and quartzite. These services include, but are not limited to, material selection, measurement, design, cutting, and installation of countertops, backsplashes, and other stone-based applications.

2. Quotes and Orders

All quotes provided are based on the specifications and measurements provided by you or our team. Final pricing may vary depending on changes made during the process. We require a signed agreement and a deposit to confirm your order. Any changes to your order must be submitted in writing and approved by both parties.

3. Material Selection

The customer is responsible for selecting the stone material (granite, marble, quartz, or quartzite) for their project. We recommend that you inspect all materials in person before finalizing your selection. Due to natural variations in stone, colors and patterns may differ slightly from samples provided.

4. Fabrication Process

Once materials are selected and the design is approved, fabrication will begin. The fabrication process typically takes up to 7 business days. We will provide you with an estimated completion date. Delays due to material availability, weather, or unforeseen circumstances may extend the fabrication timeline.

5. Installation Process

We will contact you to schedule a mutually agreeable installation date once fabrication is complete. Installation typically requires up to 72 hours. Access to the installation area should be clear and ready for the installation team.

6. Transportation Fee

A transportation fee of $75 will be applied to cover the cost of collecting materials from your designated warehouse. This fee is non-refundable and will be included in your final invoice.

7. Payment Terms

A deposit is required to begin the fabrication process. The remaining balance is due upon successful completion of the installation and your inspection. We accept payments via check, money order, cash, or Venmo.

8. Customer Responsibility

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the area for installation is prepared, including the removal of old countertops or other obstacles. Any plumbing or electrical work required should be completed before installation. We are not responsible for any damage to existing structures or utilities.

9. Inspection and Acceptance

After the installation is complete, you will have the opportunity to inspect the work. If any issues or discrepancies are identified, they must be reported to us immediately. We will address any legitimate concerns at no additional charge, provided they fall within the scope of the original agreement.

10. Return Visits & Re-Fabrication Charges

Additional charges may apply if we are required to return to the job site after the initial installation has been completed due to changes requested by the customer. These charges may include, but are not limited to, time, travel, and re-fabrication fees. This includes situations where the customer decides to modify, alter, or add to the completed installation. We encourage all customers to carefully review and approve all design and layout details prior to installation to avoid these additional costs.

11. Disposal of Material Waste

A disposal fee will be charged for the removal and proper disposal of any old materials or debris from the job site. This includes, but is not limited to, the removal of old countertops, backsplashes, or other waste materials generated during the project. Customers may choose to handle their own disposal to avoid this fee.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated version will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
